Rental orders are shipped in a customized pre-paid return package with no indication as to the contents. Purchased titles are shipped in a plain padded white DVDOvernight package also with no indication as to the contents.
Viewing and Updating Your Information
All your personal information is encrypted and password protected. You may update or change any information in Your Account at anytime.
Email Information
We send out a confirmation email when your order is placed and shipped (as well as returned reminders and return confirmations - - rentals only). The email includes your order number, shipping information and a confirmation of the items in your order.
Promotional Information
We never use your telephone number or send promotional material to your home. The only promotional information you will ever receive is our monthly email newsletter featuring upcoming mainstream DVDs (No Adult Content) which you can unsubscribe to at anytime.
